Why? even though it is a frozen wasteland he is somewhat used to the cold but not immune so he can wear slightly less clothing than some others which he prefers for easier maneuverability 

Least favourite clothing: something not warm and something too clunky                           

Why? he would rather stay warm to a certain level but he finds it easier to dodge bullets rather than block them with body armour

Why? the scarf belonged to a little her he treated like his own daughter/little sister but she died so he carries is around as a reminder that she died while he wasnt around and the pistol belongs to someone who cared the most about him and somewhat vice versa.
